On September 24, the first Kick Off of the LIFE SAFE T WATER project took place with all the members of the consortium, SERVYECO, CANAL ISABEL II y EMIVASA. On this occasion, the meeting was held online to facilitate participation and reduce contact.
The Kick Off was divided into 4 parts, the presentation of each partner, detailed explanation of the actions, administrative questions and tasks to be carried out in the next 6 months. First, each member gave a brief explanation of their activity, objectives and way of working. SERVYECO, as a coordinator and technology-based company with extensive experience in the development of eco-innovative products for water treatment. CANAL ISABEL II, as a partner and public entity that manages drinking water in the community of Madrid, a national benchmark both for being the first in terms of m3 treated and for the number of people it supplies. EMIVASA, as a partner and joint management company of drinking water that supplies the city of Valencia and is part of Global Omnium, a business organization with more than 130 years of history.
Second, all phases and actions with their respective deadlines were explained in detail. Next, all the reports and administrative issues that need to be carried out throughout the project were discussed. Finally, the schedule was presented, marking the tasks of each one and the phases to be developed during the next 6 months.
